What electricians ask before switching

The measurements are yours, typed at the board as the instrument gives them, saved as you go.
On Pro, yes. Photograph the board and the circuit schedule is proposed from the photo: ways, devices and ratings, with anything doubtful flagged. Nothing is written to the certificate until you have reviewed and approved it, because a plausible wrong reading is the one thing software must never sneak past you.
